As a third generation tradesman, Donnie Snailum brings life-long expertise and knowledge into each property inspection. Before launching Sound Home Inspections, Donnie spent his entire career in residential construction including remodeling, investment renovation, new construction project management, and restoration management.

Donnie enjoys taking time with each prospective homeowner to educate them on the ins-and-outs of their new purchase and answer any questions customers have as they go along.

Donnie moved to Austin, TX in 2018 from the Pacific Northwest. He has been happily married to Courtney for nearly 20 years and is the proud father to three marching-band obsessed teens. In his spare time, Donnie leads worship at their church in Round Rock,
